Hi Mike,
I have spent some time visiting your web site. Generally speaking I am positive about it. Since you've asked for feedback, I 'll mention a few minor points I have encountered.
1) The left hand frame of the home page acts weird when viewed in Firefox/Opera and shows a bar to the right and the word photography is wrapped to the next line as this:
2) Loading times are slooow. Especially when going from one page to another which does not have many photographs such as the about page.
3) Menus are opening up when you hover with the mouse, which is OK. But the second sub level such as the Galleries>Construction>General is obscure. I missed it at first and tried to click on the General which did nothing. So I thought that the page was empty.
4) The scripting on your pages does not degrade gracefully when one has switched scripts off in the browser such as when one is surfing from a mobile device. It just displays a "clock" and doesn't load anything. It should offer a simple text version of your information such name, address, contact, about, etc. The only thing you could not do are the galleries but the essential business info should be visible at all times. Otherwise you will lose business.
5) Java scripts are not unobtrusive, each page contains the full java code all over again. And there are scripts in there for playing music but there is no music on your site. So why load all that into your pages? It makes it only slower.
6) Your name is not mentioned in the header of the site. Past the home page, no one will know whose web site they are looking at.
7) Typography changes between pages (e.g. the Accolades page).
I hope that this is useful feedback to you. Please do not see this as a criticism, which it isn't. I am just trying to be helpful

When it loads first, that should already be interesting with immediate payoff. Forget about anything fancy. Just impress with simplicity, no conflicts for attention and fast return of new pictures.

It looks nothing like that on my 15" g4 powerbook. And it's fast.
