All alone..

Hopped on a plane. got delayed for a day. landed in KL. spent a night. Caught a flight the next day

Arrived today in paradise.

Ayesha is in Tanzania, on her way to the summit of mt. Kilimanjaro!!

Am all alone in Bali!! Sad!

The people on the flight were gorgeous too..

I have severe jet lag. It is very hot and very humid. I can hear thunderstorm a coming!!

I did get to swim in the hotel pool..

Bali..paradise, colorful. Lovely people from what I saw in a couple of hours.
They know me by name in the hotel. Easy, as I am the only dark one.

Did I check into a wrong hotel ?. But they are curious. Advantage me.

Balinese dances are noted for grace, beauty, color, story telling and mesmerizing movements.

I went to see one such dance. There were around 2/300 others waiting for the performance.
Camera, tripods, flash, teles and anticipation. They had come early to get the best seats.

I did not see the dance.

I wanted to see the dancers. I was alone. I wanted to make friends, someone to talk to.

I talked my way backstage. Spent the whole time there..

I missed taking the dance pictures. Next time I shall be in the audience.
