Indian summer has started and some flowers expose the late bloom to the sun. This Rudbeckia hirta did so too, so enjoy a couple of crosseyed stereo shots in visible and ultraviolet light.

actually the trick is to look at these images as if you are looking at something close to your nose, yet you learn to focus further away and independently of teh inclination of your eyes. That trick with the index finger in front of your nose away about the span of thumb and index finger works quite well....
