Yes we have wonderful springs here where I live. A Leitz Focotar enlarger lens was used ;-)

This one is simple amazing? So it has a 39mm mount. Hmm! Could you have gotten this with a 50mm or 100 mm Canon or Nikon Macro lens/

What's unique about these lenses apart from being made by Leica.

Why would a projection lens be necessarily a Petzval? Admittedly there are many, but the better ones are not,
but modified Double-Gauss designs. Even Sonnars exist, or their predecessors, the Ernostar. Leitz had an odd duck,
a Hektor even.

I have quite a few and made me a modular focusing mount to attach to my camera.

BTW. my 1st entry here was made using a Zeiss Jena f1.9 141mm projection lens.

Very strong CA, soft + glow, but nice Sonnar like bokeh (no wonder, it's it s predecessor...)
