What does Live LCD means in this recent product of Canon ? (Canon EOS-1D Mark III DSLR with live LCD)
What is the difference between this one and the normal LCDs?

Live preview, like on a point-and-shoot. Well, SORT of like on a point-and-shoot. It means you can actually see what the lens sees in the LCD screen. The caveat being that you can only use this feature in manual-focus mode. It's not full-time, you have to actively engage it, so it's there if the situation calls for it. Some talk of using it for macro considerations, and I think it would be grand for astrophotography as well.
