Hello all,

I just joined this forum... not sure what to expect, but looking forward to "listening" to what everyone has to say and learning a lot. As you will see from my website http://www.viewtimeagain.com I am relatively new to photography and have a lot to learn. While I earn a living doing portrait photography, I am interested in photography in general and can't wait to pick up some pointers from the Pros!

Hope to talk to some of you soon...

Jamie

Welcome Jamie,

Your website is easy to use and shows you are well organised and have a system.

I'd post 4 pictures with cloth of other backgrounds especially where lighting may not be what you really want and ask for critique.

You are off you aq very good start. The mousing over thumnails to display a large image is very user friendy. The very first composite iamge on the front page should go to your gallery, I think.

Again, thanks for joining us.

BTW, share what cameras you are using. we especially are looking for more activity in MF and with Pentax, Leica and Nikon; film and digital of course.

You might mention in the portrait section how much of your work you can accomplish in the shoot and what time you need for your workflow. Up front lighting optimization seems the most time saving way but this takes experience and depends on the client's needs.

So jump in and remember you will be representing a lot of photographers who just kurk or are timiid to posting!
