Umbrella's, Soft Box's, Reflectors, Snoots etc....Why? Just because it exists, does this mean that these toys are all that can be used? I DON'T think so...Hmmmm when was the last time anyone here actually looked at what happens with light? As you are in bed one night and if there are street lights, car lights etc. Just watch what is happening. Any Conclusions?

Don't understand your question ?
I use everything that eluminates from real modifiers to natural light or reflections.

Hi Benjamin,
I had a look at one of your sites, to try and see what you were getting at. I see you have the same dentist as me -http://anashcreation.com/thenashgallery/BenjaminKanarek/2968greenplastic

Hi Benjamin
though I do have some of the "toys" you mention above, I try to use them as less as possible…
For shooting people (I don't shoot model, though I'd like to try once), boat interiors, architecture, I love to catch the atmosphere (or my vision of) created by the designers.
Street lights as well as car lights are part of our life so should be sufficient with modern digital techs.
BUT some of photographers work depends of the lighting they add because they do "sculpt" the subject to bring it to life or to "enlight" their vision...
This one has not light added by photog…:
