Hmm.. Another case of "a crime so awful that actual innocence is no defence?" Its hard to tell when no evidence has been presented. But I do wonder why it hasn't, especially after all this time.

Well, without knowing the evidence, circumstantial or not, it's hard to say. But then it is also hard to prove something you haven't done, so reversing the burdon of proof is not allowed in a civilized justice system. That's why I strongly believe in the "innocent untill proven guilty" presumption, especially against an allmighy government. The accuser should proof his claim, the defendant doesn't have to disprove a thing.

Conclusion, no proof, no case.
