USER MANUAL for EF100-400

Hi,

Does anyone have a copy of a user manual for my EF100-400 lens? I don't mind if it is a photocopy or PDF file or what have you. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here. Could you PM me if you have or are prepared to make a copy of one ? I will be eternally greatful !!
