I'm so glade I found this forum.I used to be into photography in my high school days. But took a break from it for awhile.I'm now 29 years old.And ready to enjoy it again.I have taken a friend's school yearbook picture and wedding photos.I plan on taking an online photography course next year after I save up enough money.

Phillip,

Glad you found us. Portraiture carries interesting connotations such as the idea that we can actually put the essence of someone in the photograph. In any case, the reason for you to take the picture and the people sitting are rarely identical. So at least we need to know what we are aiming to achieve. So if you show an image, provide a context as to what you are trying to achieve and we'll react in that context.

IOW, we'll try to feedback in terms of your intent but also honestly! Jump in and share!

Asher
