After much deliberation, I have moved away from using Lightroom and now use Capture One 4.
The reasoning behind my decision is another story and probably warrants another topic on OPF.
However, needless to say I was quite disappointed to find that Capture One 4 didn't support the GRD II, so I spent a rather wet weekend developing a set of ICC profiles for the little Ricoh.
Interestingly, I noticed that the GRD II has quite a limited gamut compared to Canon dSLRs, it seems to almost fit inside sRGB.
I'm more than happy with the colour matching and I can now utilise a consistent and less cluttered workflow across all cameras.
