Great Crested Grebes

I've decided to spend more time on wild birds this year and it was well worth getting up early this morning and getting out to some local lakes.

The Great Crested Grebes are in courting mode and I captured these two images with the 1DMkIII and EF500+1.4TC (ISO500).
