Gary - is this recent? I know you and the LA shooters gang were out shooting this a few years ago?

This series is really nice - I really like the red prop plane./Sterman

Hi Gary,

All 4 are very good pictures, but personally I like the 2nd one the most (i.e. the F86 gunports). It has a very menacing quality to it, as if it belongs in a spy movie.

Cheers,

The A-4 Skyhawk is a very strong pictures and it reminds me Hiroshima I really don't know why...

The last picture, the MIG, is also a very strong and nice picture, like a big eye spying on us with that cloud just above, like a threat. The plain itself is assumed as one.

Nice.

Gary,

The pictures are not "snaps", LOL!

Is there an air museum there? This last picture? Is this with a lens-baby or tell me how did you accomplish the blur?

Asher

Yep, "The Planes of Fame" museum. If you appreciate aviation ... this place is a must see. I was talking to a guy from Austrialia who also was getting some shots ... he stated that "... There is nothing like this is Austrialia."

Very interesting place ... unlike most museums you can touch most of these planes. The planes are always in motion ... so the lighting will change from week to week ... month to month ... as the the planes are moved around changing their relationship to the hanger doors.

All my selective focus/blurry shots are taken with the LensBaby and/or shakey hands.
