Image moved here. Comments will be in the new position. This allows us to keep like images together and easily discovered! There may be better fit in another existing thread. We need to try hard to find one as we end up with thousands of tiny threads where pictures may not even get noticed more than once. I'm leaving the original post so we can be on the same page and no one feels his/her post has vanished into a www"blackhole"!
