Petzval for Digital!! Never before, never again. Check this out!

I've never had one of these to sell before and likely never will again. A Petzval small enough to use on a Digital SLR!

I simply held it to the front of my D200 and made these images to give you a quick and dirty idea of the creative potential.

More to follow. It would focus at 25mm at infinity but you can't get it far enough inside the Nikon to do infinity. So you pick a subject and do some fantastic close up with wild oof areas with this. In the ornament picture you can see me in the bulb holding the lens to the camera.

What's it worth? So far we've only dreamed of being able to do creative soft focus with digital instead of a bulky 8X10 film camera. I really don't know what it's worth but since the box came with 2 of them I'm willing to let someone else get creative with this for $225.00 plus some shipping. It has a scratch on the rear glass that makes no difference. Maybe it helps it? Who knows. Only one so don't think about it too long!

Or you could blu-tac it to the front of a pana G1 and get a 50mm equivalent with infinity focus:) Have to say Jim, it looks more fun than a lensbaby!
