Being an Eagle freak i will say i love the pose and detail!! I like the way you framed the bird...but the sky seems really blue on my screen !! Did you darken the blues up a tad to heavy? Just my opinion.

This is truly an awesome creature.

If all we needed to get this was the 1DMarkIII and a 500 mm lens, I'd be fully justified to beg, borrow or get a bail-out to fund my quest for such a picture!
This bird has such a sharp beak and those eyes, pity the rodent or birds within 5 miles!
