You are so fortunate! What a sensitive picture. The Nikon 50 1.8 gives a pleasing "bokeh". I love the sense of cooperation and innocence. The grain gives a wonderful texture.

These are lovely. So much of my favourite 'family work' is black and white and whenever I see work like this I think how much we've lost by becoming slaves to colour.
In these I particularly like the very simple presentation and the sense that your son is either too oung ot or used to your camera to pose, beyond the simple standing still for dad to take his picture.
