A shot through the window as we were passing over the bay Bridge in San Francisco. I now see it has a slight tilt going on. Need to straighten it up.
Jake,
I too love to photograph the bridge to find that view which will rise above the myriads of snapshots we see. I try to get my wife to drive slowly so I can take pictures through the sun roof of my car. However, she never cooperates! There are, of course, almost not as many pictures of the Bay Bridge as there are of the Eiffel Tower, but still there must be millions of pictures each year! So it's very hard to get a picture that rises above the memento or "nice" look. This odd picture does succeed in escaping the generality of wide shots we see in postcards and is what I've been trying for. This is a worthy attempt. Kudos! It goes from clarity for one major cross strut to the diffuseness of the end off the bridge swallowed in mist.
I'll try to dig some out. What other ones do you have?
Asher
