I just joined today, because it looks like this will turn out to be a nice, civilized forum. I also frequent the FM forums in the Canon / Landscape sections, posting as "stanj".

Software / color engineer by profession, photographer by passion. Photography is a good excuse to travel the world, which is probably my biggest money sink :) You only live once, so I am trying to make the most out of it.
