Announcing for June 2008 our new challenge!
!. "The June Bride" Spring fever is still not over, blossoms are everyewhere and honeybees are busier than ever. This is the time for the June Brides to finally succumb to the nesting instinct and choose the man to call her own. This period has zero to do with the poor chap! He has no damn idea what is going on. The women belong to some secret order that trains them in shopping and the way to make the wedding day something unique and memorable.
Can you gather some of that joy, frenetic planning, tears and dreams to bring to us the stories of the June Bride! Could be from 5 years ago or one being set up right now! Post your pictures with the story behind them and titles if you can! The thread is here.
2. "Side By side" Look out for people devoted to one another. The ability to trust and share is so important. It's the social glue of cooperation, its the tenderness of a mother nursing or the couple holding hands in a cinema or two soldiers looking after one another on patrol or under fire.
Show us you most touching and poignant images where two human beings bond together by the forces of good or evil! Post your photographs in the new thread, here.
