Hi Fahim,

Likewise, all the best wishes to you and your beloved ones, and to all OPF participants.
May the winds be favorable, and blow the dust away.

Cheers,
Bart

Hi, Ayesha, Fahim, and your family

be safe and fruitful, in the coming and future years.
Thanks you so much.

Perhaps under the vessel, or, in the case of desert travel, onboard.

Your lovely image is eerily evocative of White Sands New Mexico, where we will be able to frolic next week (if the area is not closed owing to federal budgetary austerity, it being a National Monument).

This is a National Park Service shot:

Hi Carla and Doug,

Specifically to you both (as exemplary contributor(s)) to OPF, my best wishes for the new year which will provide quite a few personal challenges (relocating can be stressful). One of the questions that is going to be answered is whether it is just our interpretation of the Mayan calendar that's wrong (will it commence with a new cycle), or not ...

Cheers,
Bart
