Saving Thumbnails (contact sheet) into Larger JPEG File Without Losing the Meta Data

Greetings,

I am returning to photography after being away for many years and have a quick question.

I am looking for a software program that will allow me to save the thumbnails from a contact sheet (or equivalent) into a larger JPEG file without losing the meta data in the original images. I suspect photoshop can do it. Looking to confirm that and to see if there are other software programs that offer a similar capability.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Hi Paul,

Why don't you download a trial copy of Microsoft Expression, formerly iViewmedia Pro. It does everything you need (for $99, I believe). I use it for this and any size of image can hold your IPTC and EXIH tabulated data.
