Default A Loose Connection

Well, last weekend was Midsummer Night, one of biggest occasions in the Finnish social calendar. People gather together, usually in their summer houses, get very drunk, have more or less of a good time. And finally there's the bonfire. Here's a couple from last Friday.

Midsummer Night

Surviving the Flames

Your C&C is highly appreciated, as usual.

Both are lovely, but since I am drawn to macros I love the bottom one best. Did you find those there or compose that shot? I love the shadows and the detail. My only complaint is that the shadows obscure some of the details, so it might work better with the shadows a little lighter.

But really, it's something I would love to wander along and find so I could shoot it!

Thanks Rach! They're actually the only remains of an old cupboard that went into the bonfire, lol! Hence the name. Thank you for your comment and suggestions, they're highly appreciated.
