Well then, James, he could b a tailor who has just modified a suit that a custome bought at that store!

Hi Asher
I can't image a tailor that would deliver a suit jacket or sport coat without it being covered. Imagine the consequences of something happening to the jacket in transit like a pigeon or seagull land a big one on the shoulder or something.
