Never before seen photos of Ansel Adams, commissioned by the US Department Of The Interior in 1941, will be on exhibition in Washington DC. The DOI has put up a web gallery with all the 26 photos that comprise the exhibition, including high res downloads!

So, what would you think of a challenge based on each of the 26 pictures? If we did this, how would you name the first "Challenge" following in the thematic footsteps Adams might have taken for this picture.

What would the theme be?

Hi, Ruben,

Lovely. Thanks for the tip.

The online images were apparently digitized with a Hassy with an F528-39 back.

Best regards,

Doug

Asher, that would be a tremendous, intimidating, fun and stimulating sort of challenge.

This question is too big for me, but here's my guess: "The Scale of Nature"
