Hi Tom

I do these pics since years for I love to find my own connection, interpretation of those often given scenarios ...

I will indeed, Wolfgang.

We would do well together in a gallery. Annoying the guards and visitors.

I was interested in getting a look at the photographic collection in the Kunsthaus in Zurich. They have a famed collection of Brassai. Unfortunately, my credentials as an Aussie who travelled 12 000 km to see them wasn't enough. An appointment is required.

Our mutual friend, Cem, also does a mean gallery shot. Perhaps the 3 of us could get drunk and raid a gallery somewhere. The Reich museum in Amsterdam would be a good start.

Cheers
Tom

Like #3 from the top. Adds some class to a lifeless gallery.

Best.

Anything with a Monet is hardly 'lifeless', Fahim, but I get your point.

Sterility is a conscious action in the architecture of galleries so as not to detract from the exhibited items.

Little do they know that I carry with me my own work of art in the form of Christine.

This was Christine's first introduction to this particular painting. She chose a blouse appropriate for the occasion.

I took this photo after returning to it to find Christine still mesmerised by it. Monet can do that with some people.
