Its completely brand new. Battery not charged up.
Newest firmware. All accessories never opened except for battery. I stuck the battery epson sent and powered the device up. Before you use it, it will require you to input the date and time. I didnt even do that. I just powered it down immediately. The buyer will realize he needs to go through this date/time step thus this device is NOT USED.

I am not lying when i say its new.
From what i see, there is only a small 1mm rub mark (not ding, not scratch) on the corner.. Dont know how it got there...

If you have any problems with the device, Epson will cover it as long as it is within standard normal warranty fine prints.

You can sent it back through me (since i bought it in my name)
You can use it in full assurance for 11 and 1/4mths more !!
