Thanks Nill-

This was shot in fading afternoon light so the details were constantly changing.

These were shot with the Sigma 50-500 (Bigma) at various focal lengths from 90mm to 500mm. Camera was the 5D, ISO ranging from 100 to 320, shutter speeds from 1/2000 to 1/500. The only constant was shooting pretty much wide open at F/6.3, (most of the photos were shot at 500mm).

I shoot Canon and I use Canon's DPP (Digial Photo Professional), the free program that come with every camera for RAW conversion and global processing. I convet to B&W via DPP ... then I polish the image in Photoshop.
