What is stunning is the presence of work gloves and surgical instruments. If this is vetenary surgery then that's strange to say the least. If it's pathology, then the vet needs to worry about protection!

Otherwise, it's just messy!

The tubular structure with fancy skin is particularly interesting. What animal was this?

Crocodile. Biggest ever dissected. The young guns from the university used gloves but the standard rubber models didn't stand the punishment. Dr graham Webb is old school. "Pre- glove" as he calls it.
