How did you do this?

One can imagine goats and sheep grazing there!

Is this a stitched Pano as the lakes appear to be sloping! Or is this just an illusion?

Hi Asher.
Thank you for your comment. This was a single image shot handheld with Hoya circular polarizing filter to bring out the colour in the sky and grass.
The lakes are a bit of a optical illusion.

Hmm!

Yes that must be an illusion. A 24 mm lens can sometimes have such effects at the edges, but this is too far in. But it must help sheep on the right as no matter how much they drink, more water will slide down the lake into their mouths, LOL!

I have never seen that before!

Could be you actually found the land of the Hobbits!
