Default Public Convenience/ Underground Bar

This was once a public convenience, in other words a public toilet. Now its a small underground bar.
If your after an unusual spot from which to indulge in a bit of late night or more often daytime partying, then this converted convenience, come underground bar, is worth flushing out.
