Travels In Kashmir

So I was in Kashmir for the last week, armed with an old Canon AE1, and I was just walking along taking in the beauty. Here are some photos from Kashmir and its surroundings.

All these were taken on some noname iso400 film I bought on impulse in Srinagar, the capital of kashmir. Photos were developed and printed at the equivalent if kinko's here, and then scanned.

Welcome to OPF.

Kashmir is very beautiful. In the pics you posted, I think Kenko's did not do a good job.

There is excessive grain even for a iso 400 film.

I love the rough gritty feeling with this grain. live is not perfect and images can do with fine material substance like this.
