Default Last of Pawleys Island Beach the colorful sunrise from the ocean

Right under the cloud is where the sun appeared and I was happy to see some color that nice morning.

Don,

Splendid sunset in the last image!

It's so hard to score well in a test like this and make a picture that stands out from all the myriads of sunsets we've seen. This, I must admit is exceptional. I'd offer that it's one of them most outstanding and creative examples I've seen as of yet! It's not merely a sunset, but also has compositional interest in the layerings of the foreground.

This is as good as it gets! Any better and the aliens would invade! For my own taste, just fort that, no changes should be made from now on except when printing, unless you are only showing it on the web and then one can experiment. For me it's already painfully rich and so beautiful. It's now enjoyable. You might make 100 variants and they's be great too. I would just print it and work on getting the best performance of the image in daylight and in tungsten light. Printing is the key to a picture like this. The paper and lighting will all make a big difference.

I agree with Asher that the last one is exceptional. It's hard to believe it's a morning sun! I love the composition and how textural the water seems; feels like you could practically walk on it!

:-) wonderful
