Default Bryce Bayer has died at an age of 83

Hi folks,

For those who haven't read about it yet:
Bryce Bayer who created the Bayer-filter for digital cameras has died.

He has contributed one of the most influential inventions for digital single shot color photography to date. Virtually all single shot color digital cameras, and some video cameras as well, use his invention, most in the exact same GRGB configuration of filters as he proposed in the original patent.

We owe him, a lot,
If you do what you did, you'll get what you got.
