Filet and remove skin
Broil on high until no longer translucent; Serve with clarified butter and lemon. Also known here as Poor Man's Lobster. That is one ugly fish, Georg.

Yup! LOL, he reminded me of certain deep sea creatures that one would easily associate with an extraterrestrial look. Butt ugly is right!

Yeah same here Kathy, Try wrapping fillets in bacon, sear on high heat, deglaze pan with a little white wine an lemon.....mmmmmm Sorry to digress George, but I like your shot and monkfish... |
