Waggie Windmill

Waggie Windmill is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at Hopeland Gardens in Aiken, SC. I knew that this palm tree had an image in it, but it literally took years for one to come together - at least while I was on the grounds. After searching the tree more times than I can remember, Mother Nature finally gave me what I wanted. And, I took advantage of it as quickly as I could before anything changed - like the sunrise backlighting.

This is an awesome and impressive picture!

So simple!

Asher,
Thank you for looking and commenting. I'll bet that all of us have felt like a given piece was more difficult to get than it actually was (which is the case here for me) simply because we had to wait for 5 or more years to find the perfect conditions. :)
