I caught this guy coming past me, doing a slow cruise to nowhere.
I thought "what the heck is he riding?"
As I raised my camera, he turned to look at me.
One snap, and he was gone.

That's a poor man's tricked out "chopper"! Likely he has a motorbike too and this is done in the same way. Note how it has a spare wheel! What a luxury! This, I guess is the "Green" eco-friendly way of being able to swagger and no have a huge carbon footprint of a 2,000 CC road chopper!

Hi Asher,
Thanks for stopping by. A poor man's chopper it is!
The snap does not allow the shiny, glittering polished chrome to be seen.
However, in the split second I saw him he seemed evidently proud of his "ride"!
