custom presets in Lightroom b4

Can anyone kindly explain how custom presets can be set up and added to the default list?just pushing the ADD button rises a window totally confusing.I've not be able to find any help.I've tried to open a thread on Adobe Lightroom Beta forum,but it seems impossible:the forum requires that you choose a nickname,but then ALL nicknames you choose result already used!And I can assure I've tried the most improbable :-)

Easy really,

in the develop module make your settings as required.
Click the add button on the preset area to the left.
If you only changed say white balance, just place a tick in the WB box, leave the rest clear.
If you changed saturation, place a tick in the saturation box.

Type a name for the preset, click create.

All done.
