Portrait lighting

Shot this yesterday with 3 Elinchrom 400 heads, main - 50cm Softlite Reflector, fill - shoot thru brolly and hair light (snoot). Have I got the lighting right?

Whether you have the lighting "right" depends on what the image was intended for. If this is an image for a modeling portfolio it is OK, if it is for a portrait it is too flat lit.
