Mr. C & Mrs. P.

I said I'd post more of my portraits, so - here's Mr. C and Mrs. P. This portrait of a mother and newborn son was from a session with a client a few months ago. Again, the session was in their home, candid, with natural light. That's generally the way I like to work with newborns.

This was my favorite from the session. Though it's a bit non-traditional, I'm happy to say the clients were pleased, too.

Hi Mike,
I find nothing "non-traditional" about this image whatsoever. It's a wonderful tender image that brought a smile to my face as soon as I opened the thread.
Darned right they're pleased!

Thank you. By "non-traditional", I was referring to stuff like only showing a rather small portion of the mother, making their faces out of focus, etc.
