Hi Antonio.
I have read through the TLL link you provided
.....There's an aesthetic appreciation but no emotional context.
Now, that will explain why the second picture failed to engage me lol. :) :)
I look forwards to your workflow writings as I really like the clarity you achieve in your images.
Kind regards
Ivan

Hi Antonio
No that's just another fellow with the same name (that's why I sing my pictures IGD)
I just had a quick look through your site. Some very interesting images there.
I particularly like the Cambodian workshop and the Namibia family.
It always amazes me how happy these people with such limited means are.
Keep up the god work

PS you can see some of my limited work here (http://www.ledb.co.uk/ivan/F105/index.htm)
Please note, most of the pictures have not been processed, the galeries were set up to share with friends and family.

Kind regards
Ivan

Thank you.
I really don't appreciate that touradas stuff.
But I can see the photos.
You know what ? One of these days - next year - I am going to shoot a tourada in spite of not liking it.

No. No. I am not saying the truth: I lake to see the man with the red blanket. What I don't like to see is to hurt and kill the animal.
It is savage but traditional. There are certain traditions which have ended like giving people to feed the lions for example...

I am working on those pictures (some more that I took as well) I had a chat with Asher about this some time ago, but I just haven't got arround to do it yet.
The processed files will be posted on the Downtown section of the forum.
I don't want to spoil it by people looking at them now, so I am going to remove the link for now.
Kind regards
Ivan
Ps, can you edit yours and remove the link from the quote too?
thank you.

I saw your pictures on both sites.
Are you kidding me ?
You take very very good shots in the arena and in the race.
Someone who shoots cars that way is experienced.
I like the photos in the arena.
May be they should need some treatment.
The cars pictures are better than the others... I assume it was under artificial light and you had not made any WB ?! Shame on you man. :)
Anyway where are you ?
Mexico ? Spain ? Latin America somewhere ...
Or just Europe. Could even be Portugal...
:)

We should move this conversation to the laid back cafe, so that we don't polute this thread :)
Kind regards

So that we can continue our little chat, I opened this thread.
Thank you for your comments on my f1 pictures.
The bullfighting pictures you saw were taken this summer. It was a nocturnal event so the lighting was artificial, I did set the WB to manual with a value of 2800, obviously not enough lol.
I will post them as soon as I get some time to work on them.
Kind regards
Ivan
