I may well be wide of the mark here, but here goes.

Santa Monica Pier.

Reasoning behind it -

Wilson Phillips website has some photos shot at "the pier" lighting and costumes look similar. I assumed it was fairly recent and in California as their fathers are members of "The Beach Boys" So search for images of Santa Monica Pier in Google and it looks like the place. So straight in and put my foot in it - Santa Monica Pier.
