I love this! it's years since I've shot b&w landscapes, but I'm definately going to do some now, you've inspired me - thank you! I really like the strong contrast in the sky, the contrast of the shapes/textures of the plants/rocks, and I really like the plants (I don't know what they are) projecting upwards into the sky - Beautiful!!

well i'm enjoying...and being inspired! the detail in the plants that the b&w bring out are lovely. and while i do find the cloud/sky contrast to be overpowering, i also particularly like the plant tops/sky contrast that results! those spike tops against the very dark sky really stand out.
i'm a bit confused by the title though...i didn't notice the lakes for a long time LOL!!
