This coyote was standing on the railroad tracks watching the train coming towards him! Taken with a Canon 1DMk2 + 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 L IS lens near Lake Louise, Alberta.

Nice shot! Good comp, good DOF, nice light caught just right. If got the pixels, might even lose a little off the top and camera right to add to the impact of the subject, which is very cool. :)

Very nice! As the others have pointed out, the light really makes this shot, with the coyote's body position and head turn taking full advantage of it.
