I just received a copy of Dave Cross's new book, Photoshop Finishing Touches. It is outstanding. I always wondered how some of the "grunge" edge frames were done. Dave's book has a table of contents that shows an example of the effect covered in a particular chapter. You can see the table of contents online and decide if you are interested.
