The Elinchrom Snoot EL26425 is the recommended snoot for my Elinchrom D-Lite heads.
The questions that I have :
Are there compatible snoots from other manufacturers that will do the same job?
Is there such a thing as a variable snoot?
Instead of the snoot, would buying the Elinchrom Minispot attachment be better value for money?

As long as the speedring is compatible you should be safe, but why not use the Elinchrom version ?

The reason, my local dealer had no snoots, they said they would have to order the Elinchrom, two week delivery.
Would I be able to use the Elinchrom Minispot in place of a snoot?
Yes I am aware it is about six times the price.
