I recently was given some SB-28s so I decided to get rid of this one. It's a great flash in working order but it's missing the flash diffuser and the LCD screen comes on but is scrambled. I've found that if squeeze the flash just right I can get it to work correctly but if you know the functions of the flash you can just start from full power and count 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, etc. Same goes with the 1/3 stop function. Other than that the thing is in great condition, minor wear and tear but no velcro or anything on it.
