Amman Redux

Another image taken at the old Roman amphitheatre. I'm learning more about how the D700 processes images as well as how NX2 handles them. The white balance in the camera was set to Auto; in this series of shots it picked "Flourescent" which lent a bluish tint to the RAWs (note earlier posted image). This image is w/b adjusted for daylight and some distortion correction. Shot with the 14-24/2.8 @14mm.

I like the tension set up between the left, line predominate half and the right, curve predominant half. I'd appreciate any constructive comments.

I like the composition, the open amphitheater off set by the city in the background! Exposure looks dead on too, good detail in the shadows of the amphitheater. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, Daniel. The trees in the upper right were quite dark but with NX2's Color Point tool it was easy to lighten them up and bring out the detail.
