I'm a huge fan of the new GXR! It's unique n having in it's 50mm Macro lens version, an APS size C sensor and is silent and wonderful.
Ricoh released New firmware for GXR on this site.
This update includes the firmware for :
GXR body (ver. 1.07)
GR LENS A12 50mm F2.5 MACRO (ver. 1.07)
RICOH LENS S10 24-72 mm F2.5-4.4 VC (ver. 1.07)
In the Setup menu, AF speed options become available (GR LENS A12 50mm
only).
- You can choose between QK-AF or FR-AF.
[QK-AF] : AF speed will be faster than [FR-AF]. During the focusing period
the image on the LCD will be fixed, and will not follow the movement of the
camera.
[FR-AF] : AF speed will be slower than [QK-AF]. The image on the LCD will
follow the movement of the camera. AF speed is the same as firmware version
1.06.
and other improvements are acheived by this firmware.
