Photographic Photometry 101 - corrected issue

Peter Facey was recently kind enough to call to my attention an error in my article, Photographic Photometry 101, which appears on my technical information site, The Pumpkin. The error was in the definition of the unit "candela", where it is restated on page 6, paragraph 2 in connection with the definition of another unit. (The basic definition of the unit, appearing on page 5, was correct.)
